The stuff was helpful, food was good as well as the beach. Animation team made nice shows.

Staff were excellent, Amr in the reception and Mr. Tamer Hassan (F&D Manager) for his kindess. Very clean Hotel. Room clean and having all amenities. Food was excellent , especially In dinner.
In the standard room the balcony is very narrow and extremely small. The design of the Hotel like concrete buildings.

The beach and the animation team were nice The beach was near to the room Golf car was available frequently to take us to the beach Clean Breakfast was good (variety and quality) All the staff were nice, helpful and decent (excellent hospitality) Wifi was very good The room was clean and comfortable
The pools were not heated The dinner was less than expected (varieties and taste), also no cold or hot drinks available and an extra charge should be paid to get them, (this happens for the first time as i visited too many hotels before)
